UDI-Compliant GS1 Data Matrix Printing & Verification Now Available on our 5000P Plus Sealer with Allen Bradley CompactLogix Controls
Urania’s model 5000P Plus heat sealer utilizes Allen Bradley controls with UDI mandate compliant data matrix printing and verification. This innovation has been coupled to our industry-proven rotary band sealing head. Our sealers have become the industry standard for demanding applications in the medical device and diagnostic field and the Model 5000P Plus adds an internal print head and code scanner.
The new Model 5000P Plus is available with all our standard options including a powered conveyor, pinch and pull device, and an automatic rejection diverter. Data logging and report can be achieved based on a customer’s existing protocalls.
