The PouchPro® series of pouch handling equipment is designed to minimize or eliminate the need for human resources in the pouch processing cycle of manufacturing.

The function of a PouchPro® is to process single or multiple pouches through a variety of operations.  Pouches are picked from a magazine reservoir, opened, loaded, and processed through our fully validatable heat sealer.  Various optional stations can be added to the system, including printing and labeling, desiccant loading, vacuum/gas flush, and vision inspection.  A PouchPro® system can be configured with either four (4) or six (6) index positions, depending on our customer's requirements.
