Pouches loaded 'on the fly'

To guarantee optimal cycle rates and minimize operator involvement, Urania has developed a safe and effective method of replenishing the magazine without interrupting the process cycle. Pouches are quickly and safely loaded into a reservoir without affecting productivity.

Single or dual-side labeling

The Packaging Answer can label on one or both sides of the supplied pouch as required by customer needs. Label type and location can be changed easily through simple adjustments, in both Print & Apply and Apply only configurations.

Pouch loading and sealing

The Packaging Answer can be integrated to an existing Weigh/Dump unit, operated via manual operator loading, or designed to accomodate a customer's current product delivery system. Our bar sealing mechanism produces consistent seals with an aesthetically unique profile that always outperform those created during the pouch manufacturing process.

Adjustable exit conveyor

After loading and sealing, finished pouches are counted and exit The Packaging Answer via an adjustable conveyor device. The system can be designed to accomodate any customer specified post-processing requirements or peripherals.
