The Model 4000P sealer is designed to be user friendly.

Along with clear and simple operational steps, the sealer design allows for ease of maintenance when cleaning the unit or replacing wear items. Our quick-opening frame provides easy access for inspection, cleaning, or replacement of components and sealing belts.

The routine maintenance on a 4000P sealer consists mainly of a daily cleaning and sealing belt replacement as prescribed in the "Belt Life Timer." The Belt Life Timer is a programmable maintenance tool that will notify an operator or technician that the prescribed run time has elapsed on the set of sealing belts currently in use. The prescribed frequency of the belt change is a customer's choice and may be generated by historical data in production.
