"Fully Validatable Heat Sealing"

At Urania Engineering, the definition of Validatability consists of full digital control of the three parameters important to heat sealing:

1. Pressure (Electro/Mechanical)

2. Temperature (Fahrenheit or Celsius)

3. Speed (Variable)

If any of these three parameters fall outside a user-defined window, the sealing process is interrupted by an audible alarm and all non-conforming product is backed out of the sealing head. A digital message will appear on the PLC screen explaining the error, and instructing the operator through corrective action.

Our Pressure Sensing System is unique to the sealing industry. It will detect creases, product, or scrap in the sealing area, and reject such pouches. Once again, an error explanation as well as corrective action is given to the operator through clear and simple instructions on the PLC screen.
